El Bien Hotel Tagaytay

Had to book a hotel room for me, my parents, and grandparents last minute in Tagaytay. We booked with minimal to low expectations since it was so last minute but we were happily surprised!!!!! This hotel extremely exceeded my/our expectations. The staff were all so welcoming, detailed, thoughtful, and caring. They made sure to make us feel so at home and cared for while we were at this hotel. Our rooms were really nice, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms/showers. One of the rooms had a veranda with an exceptional view of the countryside. They had us choose what meals we wanted for the following morning for breakfast-- the front desk recommended their beef tapa. It was soooo delicious, my whole family was more than pleased with each of our meals. We all finished everything and were fully satisfied. Also love to point out that our room had a really huge TV which was amazing.

Honestly everything was exceptional. I was sad that we weren't staying longer. If I had to go back to Tagaytay I would definitely book El Bien again. If you are in this area please give this place a chance and check it out!

We had a wonderful stay at El Bien Hotel. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips about where to go. We felt right at home even though it was a hotel. The hotel is small but cute, beautifully decorated. . The rooms were very comfortable and super clean, great wifi, comfy beds, Netflix, a fridge and everythingyou need for a comfy stay. We even had a balcony so we could enjoy the beautiful view and listen to the incredible wildlife around. It was so peaceful. You are only a short drive into the main part of Tagatay and there are always Bachios/TukTuks available nearby that the staff will call for you. Breakfast was included and they had a great selection and it was delicious. We also had dinner one evening and it was incredible. There was also complimentary coffee always available which was a local coffee and the best coffee I've had so far in the Philippines. Highly recommend a stay here. We will definitely stay again!
