Piccolo monolocale vicino al centro con l’essenziale per chi ha bisogno di avere una piccola cucina.

Purtroppo il parcheggio a cui si fa riferimento non è comodissimo per chi è a mobilità ridotta o con passeggini e valige. Ovviamente questa non è una colpa del proprietario, ma è bene saperlo.

Monolocale in posizione strategica x visitare il centro storico di Perugia e le principali attrazioni della città. Parcheggio libero non lontano dall'abitazione, zona tranquilla, la casa fresca nonostante non ci sia aria condizionata. Proprietario cortesissimo e disponibile immediatamente x ogni richiesta.
