Staff were wonderful, kind, upgraded my room without request

Bathroom not clean, no blanket offered, bedroom need cleaning and sheets too , more than 2 hours lost to find the place , muslin quarter makes it hard as you not allowed to go through as a non Muslim. I’m not sure how much change they can actually make to improve as it’s in such an old building.

Mohamed truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable. He generously upgraded our room and ensured seamless access to Al Aqsa Mosque, which meant a great deal to us. He personally prepared our breakfast, treating us to the finest local delicacies, and took great care in assisting with our belongings when we departed. Throughout our stay, he consistently looked out for us with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. His hospitality was outstanding and deeply appreciated. We will definitely be back In Sha Allah.
