Wie ja vorher aus den Beschreibungen ersichtlich, handelt es sich um ein älteres Wohnhaus, in dem oben mehrere Schlafzimmer vermietet werden (wir hatten ein eigenes Bad), unten sind mehrere Räume zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung, u.a. eine Küche, in der man sich selbst mit vorhandenen Lebensmitteln Frühstück zubereiten kann. Anders als andere Gäste empfand ich die gesamte Einrichtung nicht als behaglich oder gemütlich, sondern angesammelt und nicht einladend zum Verweilen. Im Zimmer selbst war mir das Bett unbequem, das ist aber immer Ansichtssache. Eine Fensterscheibe hat immer wieder geklappert, die Dusche hat getropft, aber vor allem wird nach jeder Toilettenspülung oder bei jedem abfließenden Wasser (Duschen, Hände waschen etc.) eine zwar nur kurz aber sehr laut und störend arbeitende Pumpe aktiviert.

GBGorgeous place! Everything about it was lovely.. lovely people especially Callum and His Sister Laura , couldn’t do enough for all of us. Its spotlessly clean and polished too a very high standard and also Callum’s partner who we’d like to thank for saving our day and taking us into the village pub also thanks for the Alcohol beverages you supplied, we are so great ful and would highly reccomend this cosy country cottege

AUVery nice guesthouse located in the countryside - great view. Communal lounge with big screen tv, large well equipped kitchen and laundry. Bacon, eggs etc supplied for a cooked breakfast. Callum and Abby are great hosts.
