GBThe property is located just a couple of miles from the A1 near Scotch Corner. The rooms are superb, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The owners are very welcoming. I would highly recommend.

GBGBA perfect place to break our journey, not far from Scotch Corner. The owner gave us a warm welcome and it felt really homely indeed. Would definitely return. Had a nice meal in a nearby pub, recommended to us by the owner.
The only thing that could have been better was the shower which was a bit temperamental.

GBBooked evening before at short notice. Property is not too far from Richmond which was handy. The room we had was at the rear of the property and was spacious and en-suite. There is off street parking, but it’s in an undeveloped area of land across the road. Breakfast things were provided for guests to prepare their own meal. There was a reasonable choice of items to eat. Communications from host were good.
The property is located on a corner of two roads. One of the roads running at the front of the property is busy. I was glad our room was at the back of the property as I’m not sure if I would have slept otherwise. There were no sauces for the breakfast. Some of the crockery and cutlery which other guests were supposed to have washed up were not very clean. The shower in our room was a bit hit and miss in terms of maintaining temperature.
