Tranquil and beautiful setting. You feel like you are way further way from any towns than you actually are.

Still no cupboards or shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries etc.

The road up tot he cabins can be daunting

Very well equipped cosy place. Lovely food from the shop made it even better.

The location is tranquil and secluded. The units are finished to a very high standard.

The access road requires a vehicle with good ground clearance (but the access road makes the stay feel unique, so it should be manicured - it should just be made clear to guests)

The cabin has a magnificent view of the mountains and is beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful breakfast in town and then went to some beautiful vineyards for tasting. Perfect location for a little getaway.

A tad windy, but that did not stop us from having a fabulous time

It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted. Zero noise! Zero disturbance!

It would have been nice if one know that you’re not allowed to take home the eye covers home! My husband incorrectly assumed that he could take them home, as there was one on each of the bedside tables, along with ear plugs. (and I received a message to courier them back to the establishment in Wellington at my cost) This is a ball ache to know courier them up, after having such a wonderful few days!
