We were over to go to the Antiques fair, the old threshing barn was a great place to stay to explore aoud the area, with a very comfortable bed, fantastic shower and good parking.

"Fabulous catch up with my sister in perfect venue"

We had a lovely few days at No1 and really pleased with welcome “pack” as had milk, fresh orange, biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar, in addition a chocolate each and hot cross buns! The place was spotlessly clean and all essential and a bit more were catered for. We enjoyed eggs each morning and would’ve been a bit easier if there were 4 egg cups but we managed. We enjoyed the walking guides so left our cars at the property for most of our stay. Only a short and very pleasant walk to both Edingly and Farnsfield The Lion was particularly enjoyable!

Very clean , warm , quiet location, lovely views from kitchen and bedroom windows. Lots of added extras which was lovely .
