Location was good.

"Passable for short term resting"

Staff is pleasant and nice. Sleeping cat is bonus. Locate in business zone with many services nearby (convenient store, laundry, restaurants, bars, beauty & massage services. Marlin Plaza is nearby (open food and souvenir like a night market) Beach is 10 min walk away. Wi-fi is secured and decent. AC works well

One bath and toilet per room. Guess the set up is converted from single room to multiple beds. Bed doesn't have curtain for privacy, Bed mattress makes noise when turning. Metal frame make noise when turning body No elevator for 5-floor building (17 steps to each floor) Only one liquid dispenser not sure if its shampoo or shower gel. Locker is about 1 cubic foot - small for backpack (outside in common area) Loud outside noises of drunk people late at night into 1-2 am.
