Only location, near beach, and you can walk to city Patong, but there is better location in middle of Patong

Dormitory room are at 4th floor, ther are 4 rooms 3 mix and one femmale. Only one cleaner for all building. Work from 8 to 16. But cleaner have time to clean only private room, every floor from 1-3 , have 3-4 rooms. Only 4th floor are dormitory, where clean only floor of room and bathroom, no other surface, or terrase, or windows...or toilet , wc...Lobby has only one sofa, and there are sitting family og guest house, they want to guests sitting outside, where are a few chairs and one table. No bottle water. They cook water for coffee, but coffe is bed quality, and don't want to use bottle water to give to guests, used water from fauset. I got everytime stomach pain of coffee. In lobby is fridge, small but can use it, it is working. Infront guest house is not nice and very dirty around is some old unnecesery things. Room was dirty, and bathroom too. Only one batroom for room with 6 beds, and no alternative wc. Too loud femmale room of street sound. Ac work but weak, you must use aso fan. Terasse is dirty. I paid day 8,50 eur, it is too much for that place. Also Patong beach is not my favorite point. Femmale room is fullof women workers, they working over night and sleeping during day. Also ask for dalily quiet and dark in room, you can not see daily light. Workers are usualy "drinkers", different word for prostitution. All guest house is full of prostitution! Private and dormitory rooms. Photos of property at booking is not real, there is not resaurant, and everything is different. Bed are old and mattress are so very old. No one come to change my bedding for 10 days or towel.

I didn't really mind, others might dislike old textiles, but they were clean.

Good location if you want to be away from the center.

Bad windows/isolation, too noisy. Mattress is pretty old and uncomfortable, bathroom needs general cleaning, tiles are covered with a layer of dirt.
