Beautiful, spacious balcony. Good location. Apartment had everything we needed. We loved our stay. It was very comfortable.

The shower pressure is a bit weak, but we didn't mind because there were more positives.

The apartment is clean and spacious, a lot of windows, it has a lot of natural light and air. Gorgeous big terrace with a beautiful view, nice location, close to everything. Functional kitchen, comfy beds, and extremely comfy couches in the living room!

"Roomy apartment in a convenient location"

The apartment is quite roomy and located in a very convenient location. It took us 12 mins to reach the main station and the same to reach the city center by foot. The metro stations Galatea and Italia are also close by. The apartment had all facilities as listed. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony every morning in the sun. There are two bathrooms (one does not have a shower), and as we were four people, it was hassle-free to get ready.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness could definitely be better. There were dust bunnies in the bedrooms, which we ended up vacuuming ourselves. The bathroom, while clean, felt quite dated, and the hand shower in the shower cabin was coming apart and needs repair. It was also not clearly mentioned that the apartment is set up like a duplex, with the bedrooms located upstairs. This worked for us, but it could be challenging for guests traveling with elderly family members or individuals with limited mobility. Communication with the hosts was rather minimal, which made the overall experience feel a bit impersonal.

Excellent apartment. Very good location, train station 10 minutes, city center 15 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen. Huge cozy terrace. Very good communication with the owner. We had a great time, thank you.

La propreté, le quartier près du centre et de la gare, juste assez pour ne pas être dans le brouara du centre, mais facilement accessible
