"Spacious apartment with a perfect terrace"

The location is good - although it is not in the very center, you go just straight west (15 min. walk) and get to the main street in the city (Via Etnea), or go streight south (9 min.) and you get to the Central train station. There are grocery stores nearby. The apartment is on two floors, with two bedrooms in upper floor and a bathroom with a shower, downstairs there is living room with a kitchen, bathroom and large terrace where can you sunbathe or enjoy the shade, there are sun loungers and chairs available. The apartment has all the amenities in the kitchen. There is an elevator in the building to access the apartment. The owner is very friendly and communicates in English. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

The water pressure in the shower is poor and the tap opens the opposite way I would expect (towards the wall) - it is old and should be replaced. The toilet seat moves - it would also be time to replace it. The light bulbs in the bedrooms need to be replaced (they don't work). A handle should be installed on the outside of the door of the terrace so that the door can be closed (mosquitoes) - you can get it on e.g. Temu for cheap and just stick it on..., All this is a small thing compared to what the apartment offers...

The flat is located 1.2km from city centre. It is big and friendly with a huge balcony. Lots of supermarkets are around. You can park at the street which is mainly payable but you can find some free parking lots as well if you’re lucky. You can find everything in the house and in the kitchen as well. Salt and pepper, oil, dishes, coffee machine, etc. Iron, towels…

Our stay was amazing. We really enjoyed our time there. Loredana left us so many extras which we really appreciated. The terrace is very spacious and beautiful and it is a great location!

The only thing I would caution is the staircase is very narrow. So if you have issues climbing stairs then this may be challenging
