Casa Terrazza del Sole

It is our second time to stay in this beautiful aparment. Our favourite part is the large terrace that over-looking the city. The building has an elevator. Beds are comfy, apartment is clean and spacious. Wifi is fast enough. There was an issue with the water as no hot water is available so we reported it to the owner. A lovely couple came to fix the water issue immidiately. Thank you once again for your quick help.

Kitchen knives are not sharp enough, hopefully in the future they put new knives or a sharpener - but this is no big deal.

Lovely apartment with a large terrace. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean. Supplied basics for cooking (oil, spice etc).

Stairs aren't for the very young or the old. Only one shower.

The apartment is spacious, clean, bright, the terrace is amazing with beautiful view, flowers, nice sunshine and very comfortable. The host prepared two bottles of water upon arrival which is great after a long tiring trip. Easy access. The host is very kind, easy communication, always available when needed. The apartment is near to everthing we need like bars, restaurants, shops, bakery, etc. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and an elevator is available.

Not a big deal but the noise from outside could be heard in the night especially if you are sensitive with the noise while sleeping. I hope the host could install a washing machine.

The location is awesome; great transportation options - to the airport, to the city itself and to other cities too. Lots of bus stops around. And at the same time - right on the border with the old city. Location is top! A small green area, lots of places to eat around; supermarket with friendly stuff half a minute walking distance. The property itself is very comfortable with spacious areas and amazing terrace - totally worth it. Kitchen well equipped. The only thing missing if a stay is longer is a washing machine, but we did well without it too. 1.5 bathrooms - very comfortable.

Could be noisy at night if windows are opened, but I guess it's not only this property, but the whole neighbourhood. Some mosquitoes ate us alive :/ - maybe some of those gadgets for the electricity contacts would be great.
