It was comfortably clean. A good value.

I tell you what I didn't like. I didn't feel safe with strangers. The guy that stayed my last night was offering me drugs! I locked myself in the bedroom and went to bed. I was so glad that it was my last night. It was in an out of the way place. University & 80th. Car or 🚕🚖 taxi

"MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!"

Nothing!

This place was not as it appeared to be online. This is a doublewide trailer set on a dirt lot. When I arrived I was told that my reservation was for the following night (I would be in east Texas by then,) and when I asked for a refund the managers refused. I had just made the reservation 25 mins prior to my arrival! Deceptive and greedy people ought to be ashamed!

"Misled unfortune of suprise rotten finds"

Details weren’t clear that was a hostile or multi-dwelling facility! Thought was a motel single occupancy type not shared or round the clock use of/by others! Noisy traffic sirens people constant thin walls fees & locks $ red tape just to stay! Total b s , deposits I will not get back - wound up leaving before my day ended cuz of needed privacy elsewhere!

Who ever is in charge of answering the phone for this property was RUDE & IGNORANT ! I will never use booking.Com again. I was expecting a room in a hotel NOT a bedroom in a shared home in an old rundown neighborhood. And furthermore unable to get a refund once trying to call ahead for directions and the proprietor would not answer my question and hung up on me !!
