Near Red Mountain park

there was a drunk or stoned guy sitting in the yard next to the fence. I didn't even go into the property. I turned around and left going to a different lodging.

No breakfast.

We were unsure if there were other occupants in the building and limited parking.

Prompt communication

It was Loud past the quiet time 2 of the 3 nights we stayed there, didn't know it was a hostel type setting

Cleanliness.

Price is high! Parking should be paved …. Need a chairs inside the room…

NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! FASLE ASVERTMENT AND WHO EVER "ANSWERS" THE PHONE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!

THE MAN..THAT ANSWERED ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT WHEN I DIDNT KNOW I WAS RENTING A TRAILER N HAD TO SHARE IT WITH 2 OTHER PEOPLE / FAMILIES!!!!

Location is a little remote, there is a mini mart gas station across the street.

I don’t like the environment because it is noisy.

I felt that the environment wasn’t convenient and safe.

Literally nothing. Booked it late at night, met up with the owner, and he told me I can’t bring my kids. (Put that in your ad then) When I asked if I’d be able to get a refund since I would not be staying, he said yes of course! Come to find out he’s not refunding me at all, and I basically threw away that money. Bogus, would not recommend to anyone ever!!!

Location threw me off, looks like a house. Got me driving in circles trying to find this “hotel” only to find out it’s someone else’s house. Very frustrating to find.
