Near Red Mountain park

This place was no frills but a whole lot cheaper than standard motels. You share a bathroom and a decent sized kitchen which you also share. The bedroom and bathroom were as clean as you will find in more expensive places and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet an no one bothered you because there are only three or four rooms.

What would really help is a sign or larger address numbers. I drove right by the place a couple of times before I was sure I was in the right place.

I have never stayed in something like this before. Wanted to try it out. It was cheaper than a hotel and where I needed to be.

In the end the money saved wasn't worth it to me. For the price I would stay in a hotel so I can be by myself and free to rome. If I was younger and roomed up with friends this would be awesome.

Having access to a well stocked kitchen ahead of my weekend plans was a lifesaver. Everything was clean and easy to access.

The location is a little loud both with traffic and the heater which kicked on several times on a cold night. The bed is very comfortable. It could be very warm in summer as the walls are not well insulated.

The walls are thin and I didn’t realize it was 4 bedrooms in a modular home setting until I got there. There was an intoxicated man staying there and for 30 minutes I could hear him in the bathroom vomiting and making horrible sounds. Then he would stumble loudly in the hallway. I was afraid he was going to try to get in my room. Just an FYI that it’s close quarters and you don’t have any control over who may be sleeping in the next room. I didn’t sleep after than and in the morning texted that I was reluctant to leave my room until I knew he was gone. They sent Sophie to make sure it was safe and I was appreciative of that.

Easy instructions for entry, comfortable bed, very clean. Great location, close enough to the lakes!
