Villa Sayang Sanur III

Very cool design of the villa. Rooms are large and comfortable. AC works well. Great intown location and set back from the hussle and bustle of the main road.

An ok location close to the beach.

The villa was just ok. There was an outdoor 3 person sofa, two sun lounges and only five seats at the dining table for a villa for six adults. Had to ask for our towels to be changed, bins to be cleared etc and our bedding was not changed at all. Went to reception to ask for help with a tour and gave up and went down the street. Breakfast, which was included and was not great. Opted to buy breakfast down the street in the end. There was a resort pool, however, the restaurant was under construction which meant loud noise when trying to relax. When we checked out the staff came to get our bags and started counting all the dishes in front of us to make sure we had not taken anything. Overall not a great experience. The actual bedrooms were spacious and clean.

The property was perfect for our group. Lovely staff and good facilities.

It would have been more comfortable if there were more places to relax. A couple of bean bags by the pool and cushions on the sun beds would have made a big difference, as apart from that there was only dining chairs and a small lounge.

The location was perfect, central to restaurants, shops and supermarket. Set back from the main street you could not hear any traffic. The villa was private, clean and with everything you need. The pool was clean and a good size.

The only fault was noisy nearby roosters but with the doors shut you could hardly hear them

The staff, especially Apri and the housekeeping staff, were great.

Not a lot of options for breakfast. Lovely staff will bring to your villa which was nice
