Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period. Please note that Thai guests need to provide an ID card. Non‑Thai guests must present a valid passport. A complimentary shuttle service operates daily as follows: - Resort to pier: 09:00, 14:00 and 18:00 - Pier to resort: 19:30 All shuttle services must be booked in advance. The gala dinner for 31 December is included in the price.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

La playa estaba muy sucia y casi no se podía hacer snorkel...no es de las mejores playas de la zona

The beach is absolutely stunning, and arriving to the hotel through the bay feels beautiful and special. The hotel itself is very nice, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also very kind and genuinely tried to help throughout the stay.

The first room I received was disappointing — it felt small, stuffy, and wasn’t properly clean. In addition, the room phones stopped working at some point, which made communication difficult. While the staff did make an effort to move me to another room the next day, the hotel still needs improvement in maintenance and overall room service.

Der Strand, das Personal, die Pools. Einfach alles!!!

Die vielen Treppenstufen waren in unserem Alter schon anstrengend! Das nächste Mal nehmen wir uns einen Bungalow ;) Die Preise waren auch utopisch, egal ob Getränke, Essen oder Massage! Und Taxi, völlig unrealistisch! Lieber einen Roller außerhalb mieten :)

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Tolles Hotel mit tollem Strand. Das Frühstück war super. Viel Auswahl und für jeden etwas dabei. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder hier her kommen.

"La mejor vista del mar desde mi balcón"

Me encantó la habitación, la vista al mar es hermosas, está muy cerca de las mejores playas para hacer snorkel, te dan gratis trasporte en ciertos horarios hacia el centro y también tienes gratis kayak y pádel, el desayuno bufete es muy variado y delicioso, el personal siempre muy amable el mejor hotel de todo Tailandia.
