Nous avons aimé l’emplacement et la vue, ainsi que le personnel. Il y a beaucoup de piscines toutes aussi incroyables les unes que les autres et l’acces à shark bay est incroyable.

La fenêtre de notre balcon ne pouvait pas se fermer totalement ce qui a conduit à une invasion d’insectes. ( caffard, 1000 pattes, moustiques, gecko…) Heuresement que le personnel est très réactif.

Nice setting

Way over priced for what it is. Rooms were dated, mould in the bathroom ceilings, smelt really bad - no courtesy shower for late checkouts. I have stayed in better accommodation in SE Asia for a third of the price. We were extremely disappointed with the rooms and would not recommend that anyone stay there - not sure how they got 4 stars Staff were not friendly and did not seem to be happy to be working there. Spa and restaurant overpriced

The hotel is right on the beach and every room has a view of the sea. There is a wonderful beach restaurant with a great menu and a very relaxed ambience. The beach is white sand and beautiful, clear water with great snorkelling right off the beach. They have paddleboards and kayaks free for the guests to use and three different pools. Although the hotel can take a large capacity, it doesn't feel overcrowded because the accommodation is well spread out across the bay, with individual rooms, getaway cabins and then the more luxurious beach cabins. We stayed in a hideaway cabin which was set further away from the main hotel area - it was absolutely wonderful. The staff are so attentive and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We loved it and will definitely be back.

l'albergo era molto bello ed aveva accesso a tutta la baia

il diving center è stato pessimo. Costava più del doppio dei diving center in città ed offriva un servizio scadente, la barca su cui ci hanno mandato era terribile, incredibilmetne scomoda e vecchia e piena di gente, molto al di sotto degli standard trovati nella città, abbiamo avuto troppi tempi morti nel tragitto con varie attese.

A praia é ótima e a piscina com vista para o mar cria um cenário paradisíaco. Os funcionários eram simpáticos e disponíveis

O ar condicionado do quarto não estava a funcionar o que fez com que o quarto estivesse um forno.
