המיטות לא נוחות, כריות קשות כמו בבית כלא, תעשו לעצמכם טובה ותבחרו מלון אחר,

Très bel hôtel, les piscines sont magnifiques, le personnel est adorable les différents espaces sont confortables et la plage sublime, peut fréquenté et calme. Les chambres sont sobrement décorées mais bien équipé.

Le bruit dû aux travaux de rénovation de plusieurs parties de l’hôtel ( ponceuses , marteaux et odeurs de peinture) alors que nous étions sur les transats à la piscine et sur la terrasse au restaurant . La vue réduite de notre chambre au premier étage, coupée en grande partie par la toiture du restaurant juste en dessous .

The most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, resulting in two days of back pain. Very steep steps to accommodation. Very poorly appointed room.

אהבנו מאוד את אזור הבריכה והים – פשוט נראה כמו גלויה. האוכל היה טעים מאוד, והצוות מסביר פנים ושירותי במיוחד בארוחת הבוקר ובאזור הבריכה. ארוחת הבוקר מספיקה, אך לא מאוד עשירה.

החדר מאוד מאוד מיושן. יש המון מדרגות וללא נגישות בכלל – גם לא לחדרי “קרקע” לטענתם, מה שמקשה מאוד על ההתניידות. המזגן לא עבד כמו שצריך ולא קירר מספיק, למרות ניסיונות תיקון. היציאה מהמלון דורשת נסיעה של כמה דקות באופנוע ואין שום דבר במרחק הליכה קצר, כך שהמיקום לא נגיש. בנוסף, אנשי הקבלה לא סייעו כאשר התרענו מראש על צורך בחדר נגיש – לא נעשה ניסיון אמיתי לעזור או להקל על השהות.

Wir waren auch letztes Jahr schon in der Anlage. Sie ist einfach bezaubernd, topp Lage an einem wunderschön Strand. Wir haben uns abends schon auf das Frühstück gefreut, tolle Auswahl und sehr hübsch gemacht. Sitzgelegenheiten mit türkisen und weißen Kissen, dahinter das Mee, sooo schön. Das Personal ist immer präsent, freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Natürlich könnte man hier und da z.B. mal wieder ein bisschen streichen, für 4* ist es eine absolut hervorragende Anlage. Wichtig - Kategorie Ocean View, sehr geräumig, daybed auf dem Balkon. Vermissen es jetzt schon!!! 🏝️🩵🌴

The staff was very good and understood our problems when we needed them The kayak was great but it's only for one hour

The room has not been maintained for a while, there are plenty of stairs to climb to get to the room. We had a lot of problems with the rooms and they changed our room twice, in the first time I had to pay for an upgrade cause we couldn't climb those stairs cause an health issue and the second time they moved us to the next door.

One of the most beautiful views the bay is beautiful, the stuff is nice,

the room was not cleaned at all when I arrived the shower and toilet wasn’t clean even the spoons where used, the phone didn’t work and the mattress and pillows is no good at all. The stuff was very nice they tried to help but
