Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period. Please note that Thai guests need to provide an ID card. Non‑Thai guests must present a valid passport. A complimentary shuttle service operates daily as follows: - Resort to pier: 09:00, 14:00 and 18:00 - Pier to resort: 19:30 All shuttle services must be booked in advance. The gala dinner for 31 December is included in the price.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Vue splendide de la chambre"

L'emplacement est magnifique, au bord d'une plage splendide bordée de cocotiers. Elle est toutefois assez ventée. La chambre est correcte, sans plus car manque de rangements et la salle de bain aussi. La vue du balcon sur la plage est un plus ! Hôtel très excentré, vous êtes tributaires des taxis et navette si vous n'avez pas de scooter.

"Décevant."

Seulement les structures extérieur, piscine, plage et le personnel.

La chambre était catastrophique. Pour le prix c’est une honte, la chambre était sale, odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain et donc dans la chambre également. La salle de bain est terriblement petite et très peu fonctionnelle. L’isolation est quasi nul, on ne dort donc pas très bien. La literie est inconfortable, un seul oreiller par personne et celui ci n’est même pas agréable. Les photos des chambres ne ressemblent malheureusement plus à ce que c’est vraiment, elles ont sûrement été prise lors de la construction mais ne reflètent plus la réalité. Pour le prix nous avons été plus que déçu et cela a même rendu notre séjour moins appréciable à Koh tao.
