Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period. Please note that Thai guests need to provide an ID card. Non‑Thai guests must present a valid passport. A complimentary shuttle service operates daily as follows: - Resort to pier: 09:00, 14:00 and 18:00 - Pier to resort: 19:30 All shuttle services must be booked in advance. The gala dinner for 31 December is included in the price.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Personalen och servicen i restaurangen tog alldeles För lång tid och man fick gå och säg ifrån var beställningen blev av ..vissa va sura /otrevliga när man ifrågasatte , dålig städning på rummet Stopp i avloppet i duschen - tog lång tid att fixa… Handdukar små på rummet va obefintliga - vilket Man vill ha och aldrig fick… Sen va maten bra

La plage est vraiment très belle et la piscine débordante c’est vraiment très beau. Le soleil est très bien orientée sur la piscine le soir.

Juste des petits détails, la salle de bain mérite un coup de jeune, calcaire…

Nice location with beach access and 2 pools. Breakfast was ok and staff were very friendly.

Not enough sun beds snd too many non guests visiting re beach club. Also too many steps to most rooms we were so tired to go up and down from pool to room.

ממש חמוד , נקי , הצוות ממש נחמדים והאוכל באמת אחלה זה מלון לבוא ולא לצאת ממנו בגלל המרחק אם אתם לא ניידים

המיקום לא וואו , אנחנו היינו בלי קטנוע ופשוט לא יצאנו כי המוניות דיי יקרות והשאטלים בשעות לא הכי הגיוניות דיי הרבה מדרגות

"Die Zimmer sind waren alt aber der Service und das Personal war wirklich super"

Die Location ist wirklich traumhaft direkt am schönsten Strand von Koh tao

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr klein und heruntergekommen mit den Jahren aber dafür stimmt der Preis wirklich sehr.

Beautiful beach and spacious rooms.

Limited sun loungers by the pool. Free shuttle buses into town were not frequent enough with only one back from the town per day. Taxis 400 baht to the hotel from town which is very expensive for the 10 minute journey. More shuttles should be available. Some staff were very rude and were never eager to help. On one occasion a staff member sushed me. One coffee machine in the morning was also not enough for the amount of guests staying. Loads of plastic floating in the ocean. Aircon in our room was also very loud

I enjoyed the food, pool and how every activity you wanted to do was basically at your doorstep.

I left the property with bites, upon emptying my utility bag I noticed a bed bug. I now have to cautiously clean my items before checking into my next hotel. It’s disappointing because the first room I stayed in was great. Unfortunately I’m not ridden with bug bites. :/
