Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period. Please note that Thai guests need to provide an ID card. Non‑Thai guests must present a valid passport. A complimentary shuttle service operates daily as follows: - Resort to pier: 09:00, 14:00 and 18:00 - Pier to resort: 19:30 All shuttle services must be booked in advance. The gala dinner for 31 December is included in the price.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

Las piscinas a pie de playa, las zonas comunes de descanso desde tumbonas, zonas chill, tumbonas dobles, beach club donde puedes alquilar gafas de snorkel y de manera gratuita un Kayak. Si quieres tranquilidad es tu hotel. La ubicación está a 10 minutos del Puerto. Es preferible ir con moto o taxi.

El baño de nuestra habitación era excesivamente pequeño para este tipo de hotel.

"Picturesque beach, okay hotel"

Pool and beach were breathtaking. Taxi and shuttle service were helpful. Reception and baggage staff were lovely. Great choice at breakfast. Hotel aesthetics are picturesque

Lunch services were poor. Staff and time taken to get food and be served. Be aware of power outages throughout the island. "Beach Room view" was poor and not as advertised. Trees and building blocking the view. And a lot of steps to climb!

Me encantó todo el resort, ubicación, piscinas cristalinas junto al mar, una playa de ensueño y un personal súper atento y amable

Lo unico q tendría q mejorar es el aislamiento de la salida de humos que provoca ruido y olor.
