Please be informed that during bad weather conditions and due to the fact that the island is far from the mainland, the property cannot guarantee a good and stable internet connection. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. As a gesture of appreciation for your continued support, we will also provide extra shuttle services between the resort, Mae Haad Pier and Sairee Beach throughout the renovation period. Please note that Thai guests need to provide an ID card. Non‑Thai guests must present a valid passport. A complimentary shuttle service operates daily as follows: - Resort to pier: 09:00, 14:00 and 18:00 - Pier to resort: 19:30 All shuttle services must be booked in advance. The gala dinner for 31 December is included in the price.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. L'emplacement est fabuleux, l'hôtel a 3 piscines et de nombreux espaces chill. Il est tellement grand qu'il n'est pas surchargé, c'est très calme.

Odeur épouvantable d'égout dans le couloir et a l'extérieur que ça sentait dans la chambre et sur la terrasse.

Le cadre est féerique ! Les pieds dans l’eau, entourés de verdure. Le personnel est adorable et tous les équipements ont au top. Le petit déjeuner est extra !! Pour nous ce fut trop court, nous y retournerons certainement !! Rien à dire sur le rapport qualité/prix, c’est justifié
