部屋の設備。故障しているAC、使い方が分からないIH、滞在期間なのに顔認識が切られ閉じ込められたこと。 一見綺麗に見えるキッチンも拭けば前の利用者が汚したケチャップの後など広範囲にあり、軽い目視程度でしか掃除してないのがよく分かる。 何よりACやIHの件はbooking.comのメッセージで早々に部屋のオーナー？に伝えても、滞在に問題ないですか？といった定型文を送り返してくる始末。あきれました。自炊用に購入した肉や生鮮食品全て無駄になりました。

Sehr schöne und sichere Wohnung in der Nähe der Waterfront.(ca.20-25 Minuten zu Fuß) Sehr nettes Personal. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken und Einkaufen in direkter Nähe. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The Quarter is nicely located away from the busy city but still close enough for a walk to a number of convenient stores and the popular V&A and was safe for a night walk

The property had no cleaning service, and no vacuum cleaner either. They had a broom and some sort clothes that made us nervous to touch. And with the rate of $28/day for cleaning we couldn’t make that last min adjustment.

We loved all the staff that were so friendly and helpful, also the host Grant that helped us get checked in and everything. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect and central and ubers were easily accessible and quick for pick up. We even walked to the Bo-Kaap and the V&A waterfront. It is definitely a place i would recommend.

The location was good for walking to the waterfront and the city centre. Good security to get into the building. The apartment manager Grant was very attentive. Good view of table mountain from the apartment
