Beautiful property but needs extensive maintenance work and the construction is taking away from the beauty of this place

Low on maintenance in rooms as well as the surroundings.

It’s a great property a short drive away from mumbai. Great for a quick getaway from the city. It’s a gorgeous location, well landscaped with well appointed rooms, great food and very courteous staff.

Location, room size and view

Staff was not properly trained in emergency management. We had a nut induced medical emergency that staff were inept to handle.

The gardens

The garden rooms were so bright we couldn’t sleep all night …. The bathrooms were dirty

Good food, ambiance and helpful staff

Food is very good but extremely expensive. The spa services are very expensive

The rooms were large, the staff is very courteous, the lobby, pool, & everything is fantastic. The brewery has some amazing beers, the coffee shop has some lovely baked goods. I requested the manager Mr. Manik for a plate of Bacon at the breakfast buffet & he ensured I got it. Also very few places had freshly squeezed fruit juice for breakfast. As the resort is huge, there are multiple cars at your service to take you from place A to B. The infrastructure is top-notch.

The food is decent, but not as great as it's priced. This is definitely on a much higher side.
