Breakfast was excellent. Quality of food at restaurants was very good. Property is well maintained.

Pls check the blinds on bathroom wondows. some of them are non - functional. also the blinds inbetween the beds and bathroom are not working properly. Pls provide options of buffett Lunch and Dinner. Coffe House is too expensive. Pls review the costs.

The only positive about the property is the greenery. Food was decent.

The property is over priced, they are charging exorbitantly for stay and food. Facilities are run-down e.g. The shower mixer was not working and staff didnt know how to fix it. Window blinds were hard to operate. Snack plates which were kept outside the room were not picked up and lying there for entire day which is extremely unhealthy. Staff is uncivilized, they will not even step away for guests at the entrance, we had to request them to move away so that we could enter the passage to our room. Overall a disappointing stay, I will not visit again.

Nice property with a great restaurant Saltt. Excellent food. Comfortable rooms. Went on a two hour trek organised by hotel with Sumit which was excellent.

Food was great, and so were amenities. We were accommodated for 1 hour early check-in which I truly appreciate .

But I personally feel the property is "over-commercialized" to the extent it is visible in upsells and cross sells. Also, given how many people frequent from Mumbai and Pune, having a loyalty program could be great. Also, during my special requests, I asked for a birthday cake - which never showed up.
