Il proprietario della struttura molto gentile, la casa piccola ma super accogliente , con tutti i servizi e vicinissima al centro di Sulmona.

Ci vorrebbe un po' di manutenzione, e la casa è un po' fredda, bisogna tenere molte ore i termosifoni accesi per riscaldarla un po'.

La posizione centrale per girare il centro storico a piedi, l'affaccio sui monti, la tranquillità della zona, la disponibilità e accoglienza del proprietario Antonio e non da ultimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Metterei un ringhiera più estesa nella zona notte per delimitare meglio l'accesso alle scale.

Ottima accoglienza, alloggio inserito all'interno delle mura di Sulmona ....piccolo ma originale e comunque completo di ogni confort.. in centro, comodo e con facilità di posteggio. Ci tornerò e lo consiglierò senz'altro
