Great location. Apartment had everything we needed.

Helpful host. Good location. Good shower. Good but small breakfast at a local pastry bar.

Stairways between kitchen area and bedroom/bathroom were difficult and scary. Cramped toilet area. Information about parking possibilities should be provided previous to arrival.

The apartment is very well located. Close to everything in town and a quick 5 min drive from all the connecting highways. The apartment had everything we needed and the staff was very accommodating. Even thought the apartment in right in the old town it is very quiet and is excellent for a stay in Sulmona.

We stayed in the middle of Summer for several nights and the apartment gets very very hot. Although there is air conditioning in the bedroom, the heat travels and it is hard to keep it cool because you cannot close off any rooms. The apartment is very small and compact and if you are traveling with large luggage there is no space in the bedroom for luggage.

Very cute with kitchen, washing machine and short walk to historic town.

Stairs a bit narrow. Could perhaps have a small microwave or Kettle.

Owner was very kind and helpful. Not corporation run. Convenient location in the old town. Kitchen and washer facilities. Nearby bus stop (yes almost under the bridge opposite the gas station but not that far) for our day trips.

Buses don’t run often enuf for the train station. Arrange for taxi ahead of time if you need one. Smallish bathroom. Staircase could be challenging. Everything worked just fine for us!

Owner friendly and helpful, good central location, well equipped, nice view out the window.

Small, steep staircase to bedroom

Antonio was very friendly and obliging, and went out of his way to help us. The apartment was very close to the old town centre, and we loved Sulmona. The nearby little village of Picantro is also very worthy of a visit, either on foot or by bus.
