The only thing that could have been better was air conditioning upstairs in the bedroom and bathroom since it was very hot outside at the time. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Great situation of the flat which fully equipped and nicely decorated. Special thanks to the host, Antonio who is very welcoming and amazing.

In the old town and in a quiet place. Very good bed, I slept like a baby. The host is amazing, you rarely meet such an interesting and helpful person. The kitchen is fully equipped, everyone will find what they need.

Maggots on the roof.

- Very flexible manager, who had to make a massive adjustment on the fly to keep everything in order. Superb deecision making. - The location is top notch - Treated as a member of the community....not a temporary guest!

I stayed here for a week while purchasing a home in Sulmona. It's a cosy and comfortable place that has everything you need. Super quiet neighborhood, and nice viewa of the mountains to the east. Antonio is an exceptional host, and was extremely helpful in every way

No wifi.

We had a lovely stay in this historical house. The host was great, very flexible for check-in and check-out, gave us local advice and even helped us to get to Pacentro. It’s a perfect place for a young couple / friends.
