it was quiet, nothing busy near by to cause any noise

entrance to my room was a little low down so i had to duck, inside the room was pleanty of space.

The Breakfast was good and there was a good selection

This question is difficult because this was not the location for me. It's ideal for the back packing community and they seem to get a lot of people walking the Offa's Dyke path. I should have done more research and not chosen somewhere so off of the beaten track.

"Excellent location for walkers or like us, at a wedding at the Haybarn"

Very welcoming and laid back. Felt very at home there. Good room, tea and coffee with cold milk and water n a communal fridge for residents. Food and bar very good.
