"Very Good"

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Beds were quite uncomfortable, very firm and metal sides not helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff Rooms and facilities = clean Showers / toilets = basic but clean. As expected in a youth hostel Kitchen was well equipped Breakfast was amazing

Thought family room was going to be bigger - based on photos on booking.com

"Would recommend different YHA with a good view instead"

We booked for 5 people, the rooms were clean! Emily was super kind with me 🫶🏻 best customer service from her!

I have lived in YHA for few times and I really like YHA for its value for money but this time also it led me down a bit. 1. Struggled for parking spot as there is no proper parking signage. 2. The kitchen was mess didn’t felt like it was YHA’s kitchen 🤷🏻‍♀️ little unorganised and there were not enough clean hand towels. 3. I don’t know but other YHA had basic ingredients like salt,sugar,oil etc but this one didn’t had that. 4. I wish they had compartments in bathroom to keep shower gel and shampoos. But again it’s something you can survive without.
