"Pleasant stay."

Location is accessible to Gateway etc which is very facilitating. Rooms are neat and clean. Dental kit, soap, body wash, shampoo are provided. Staff are cooperative

Rooms are too small. The room service has obliged the special requests but still food can be better.

Location

We had requested for a double bed and were given a twin bed due to "non availability" even after pre booking The staff was not at all helpful The hotel looks very different in pictures on booking.com vs in person Very small rooms, very very small bed size, no extra pillows, no toiletries were provided. The shower in the bathroom was broken, extremely small sized wash basin, over all such a terrible experience for someone who has travelled all day
