Hotel Ozone Inn Colaba

Room is generally clean, bottled water and toiletries are provided. Well location in central Mumbai. Staff are very polite, and respond quickly.

You need to manually tell staff to make up the room, if not it will not be done. My room had a peeling wall but I wasn’t too affected by that.

Suited my requirements perfectly.

Sushma, the guest relations manager, is a gem. She provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond to help us plan our days during our shorts stay in Mumbai. The other staff were great too! The hotel is located within walking distance of India gate and other attractions. The room was compact but clean and had everything we needed.

The facility has a good restaurant, and our most critical coworker loved it and had NO complaints. ALL our requests were answered promptly and ACCURATELY, by the reception desk. Be it water midnight, bringing essentials from nearby shops, helping us find taxis. The entire team is kind, energetic and genuinely helpful. The kind bell boy, security personnel, the humble lady, the great check-in person at 9AM on Feb 5 and the smiling housekeeping team. I really loved how they had a good selection of mags & newspapers in the waiting area. Having the experience of staying in Le Meridien, Hyatt, Shangri-La, the team at Hotel Ozone, surpassed their hospitality and kindness, going above and beyond.

Everything was perfect. No complaints.

Great location in Colaba, especially for me as I was returning to the neighborhood I lived in for 6 years. New hotel, big windows, small room but comfortable and clean

They were not ready for a 2:00pm check-in. No hot water in the morning. Also, it’s a wet bathroom - no shower stall
