Hotel Ozone Inn Colaba

The staff was good and very friendly. Provided us with all the help.

The room size was a bit small and the room service menu did not have much to offer in sweets

Overall good stay, room was small and compact but has everything. hotel is not having restaurant but a lots of good options near by. Staff was very helpful. Gateway of India is approx. 2Km either you can walk else take a bus or cab.

Every this was good in the hotel considering Mumbai small room size with no parking space if you have to park you vehicle you have to park on the road.

The beds were super comfortable and the view was beyond and so was the staff

Fish smell

The staff is very courteous, warm and ready to help. Room was small but clean. Could provide a small working table so that laptop can be used while sitting on the chair provided in the room.

Breakfast was not provided. It is a hassle looking around for breakfast when you come for a leisure and want to relax.

They cancelled our booking at last minute. Without any proper official communication.
