Great location - Great Yarmouth on one side, Broads on the other. Spotlessly clean. Super friendly hosts.

Minor niggles (e.g. dishwasher would've been nice) but generally all great.

The blue tooth mirror in the bathroom was a lovely touch. Very comfortable and I loved the cosy nook!!

The doors were a little tricky but it didn’t ruin the stay

We had an enjoyable holiday and the area was lovely and so was the house. we really enjoyed the cinema room and the house was lovely, our daughter loved the little cosy cave in the stairs. The owners were away on holiday when we were there but there was another lady who greeted us and she was very lovely and welcoming.

The accommodation was somewhat unclean, with crumbs and sweet wrappers left behind. It also wasn’t very dog-friendly, as our dog had to be kept in the utility room whilst we were at the property. Even though we had paid £70 for her to be there, wasn’t made aware that this would be the case as it was advertised as “dog friendly”. Additionally, we felt uncomfortable with the garden-facing cameras, especially when the audio unexpectedly activated, making it seem as though someone might be listening or about to speak. Just left us a little unsettled and unable to fully relax.
