The Old White Hart Brewery Guesthouse

The room was not properly cleaned,, there was a build up of dust on the bedside lamp and the skirting boards. Throughout the building, paint was peeling. Even the surface of the toilet seat in the shared bathroom was peeling off. The location of the property means there is almost nowhere to park in the area so be prepared for a long walk.

It is absolutely amazing that this place is allowed to remain open. Either the floor or ceiling is about to go through, the wardrobehad a bit of cardboardunderneathit to keep it steadywhich didn't work, damptowels on the bed. I'm waiting for my refund stayed there for 10 minutes long enough to take pictures. I wouldn't even pay £5 a night and whatever that smell was I hope whatever it died was quick .......

Everything was perfect for where I was working in Bath.

I have nothing negative to say......look forward to staying with them again.

Great location and a great price. I was apprehensive after seeing the reviews but I think people were totally overreacting and in this case I was lucky to ignore them! It’s a shared space so of course there are going to be other people in the house to consider but the room and more importantly the bedding was all clean and the bathroom was clean. It worked for my short stay and it’s something I would consider more long term if I needed (although o would add that it wasn’t raining while I was there)
