"Worst hotel in bath"

Absolutely nothing

Everything. When I tried to check in (also a 6pm check-in is a joke), they apparently lost my booking, which ended up with me being stood in the doorstep for half an hour. The poor girl didn't know what was going on. Throughout the ENTIRETY of my stay, the fire alarm was chirping. Which was not fixed. I mean this, but HOW DARE YOU CHARGE THAT PRICE FOR THIS? The shower didn't work properly, and the whole place smelt weird. The only way I can really express how bad this hotel is this. YOU guys are thieves and you can go to hell. Thank you for ruining my trip to Bath. Go f**k yourselves

the location was good, only a short 15 minutes bus ride to the centre and there is free parking outside the house

im not one to usually leave a bad review however the bathrooms bins were overflowing with toilet paper, the bath has mould going around it, the whole house was damp and cold as well as lots of dirty plates, dishes and utensils being left out in the kitchen. Our room especally was freezing cold and we opted to only stay the one night even though we had booked for two.

The location being near to the center. However it is right on a busy back road with no parking. Only street parking.

The advertised garden is not a garden. It is a messy courtyard. False advertising. Our dogs didnt have anywhere to roam outside in a safe space. Had to leave the property and walk them on the pavement outside by the busy road. The handle on the door practically fallen off. Had to keep pushing it back into the hinges so we didnt get locked out / in the room . Cold room no heating. No tv. Very uncomfortable sofa bed.

"Gross and frightening."

Access to a kitchen

Terrible stench of body odour. Both in the matress i slept on but also in the permanent residents room.. also a very aggressive resident made shouting and swearing at night time. I feared for my safety and the hygiene was dangerously bad.
