For the price it was okay.

Facilities were dirty, smelly and the quality of the bed, furniture, towels etc were really poor. There was this young guy who apparently is living there temporarily and he stank. When I got there I opened the door and he scared me because he was sitting on the floor of the small hall between the front door and the hall door, he yelled at me that he lost his keys and had to wait for hours for me to show up. I opened the door for him unsure if he really was staying in the property or not. His room was open and you could see how filthy his room was and how smelly the whole floor was because of him and his room. I overheard some other guests coming up the stairs saying "Oh my good it smells terrible" and the guy heard it and said to them that it was because of the bins downstairs. I felt bad for him because I don't know what he might be going through but for a guesthouse accommodation this is a really bad situation. The kitchen was really dirty and untidy and the toilet too. I bumped into other guests and they were nice. The price was cheap/okay so I went for it but after this experience I rather pay a bit more and have a nicer experience.

Everything was bad about this property & should not be on the booking.com website. Shared bathroom, leak in the roof outside my bedroom, an hours walk from the center of Bath & definitely not value for money.
