Best location, and recently renovated

Once we found the gate, everything was easily accessible. The location was amazing, and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay with family.

Finding the gate to access the property was a little tricky, as the intersection is busy and the gate is not clearly marked with the address. The "No Trespassing" sign displayed on the gate threw us off a little bit.

This property is exactly as advertised and what other people on the reviews are saying. We were happy and comfortable during our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I’ve stayed at other properties in Hawaii where we had issues with roaches (which you would expect since you’re in Hawaii after all but not with this one. It was thoroughly cleaned. It also felt really safe with the gate (the area is also already safe too). The location is also great if you prefer to be at North Shore and there are food trucks, foodland, and beaches within walking distance. Great property!

The only issue is there is only one shower inside of the property and made it a bit tricky when you have a group needing to take a shower.

Very clean and great location next to Sharks Cove and North Shore Beaches. Secluded and quiet with plenty of free parking. All essentials were provided, and all beds are very comfortable. Nice deck & grill area. AC thru-out the home (except the master bedroom). We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. Steve is a great host.

The 4th bedroom (advertised as a Master bedroom) is a patio but converted into an office space w/murphy bed and can either be accessed from the balcony or thru the master bedroom. The second bathroom is actually a toilet only in the laundry room. The place is great and perfect for 6 people but a little inconvenient for 8 people (unless they are kids and the door to the Master bedroom can stay open. The Master Bedroom does not have a separate AC unit and only cools down if the patio area door (4th bedroom) stays open.

The beds were so comfy, the place was so clean, it was amazing to have a washer and dryer for our own personal use. Awesome huge TV with all streaming service access. But the location was king as far as access to all North Shore places… not to mention the fact that its steps from the ocean! Steve, the host, is so kind and helpful and responsive.

Had a bit of a hard time finding the house since the listed address when booking is not the real address for the house. Also cockroaches in the parking area
