Best location, and recently renovated

It is close to great snorkeling sites, the Waimea Bay and Valley, and there is a nice grocery store super close. The house is clean and spacious with a large kitchen, 4 separate rooms with large beds, a full bath, half bath, outdoor shower, and laundry. The place is secured behind a locked gate with a private driveway. The owner is very kind and accommodating. I wasn't sure what to expect when renting the house for my family, but it turned out to be a wonderful place to stay on the North Shore.

There were a few inconveniences staying in a house close to the country.. The sound of Waikiki traffic was replaced with a resident rooster who started his day bright and early each morning. There were a few unwanted small visitors we removed when we first arrived. When we notified the owner, he was willing to send pest control if needed. We didn't have any more problems with pests. Some features of the house were a little dated, though overall the house was in very nice condition.

Great space and good location. Beds were comfortable.
