The location is awesome! Walk to Sharks Cove, Three Tables, Pipeline, food trucks, and Foodland. The beds were very comfortable.

The appliances weren’t the best except the refrigerator.

This Villa House suited us big families and no fuss with Hawai’i nature pest and many hei hei chickens around. There is so much spaces for us to cook, eat and sleep, the beds are so super comfy. and having second toilets and outdoor warm shower is a bonus. So close walking distance to shark Cove, Pūpūkea beaches, pipeline and Waimea bay. Foodland is the best to provide foods during our stay. Plenty of security and gated fence. Beach towels were so cute for us to use during our stay. Basketball court and volleyball so close walking distance. Photos are spot on shown on here

I would call it Cove Villa instead of best location recently renovation as a title

"I would stay here again."

The location was really nice with walking distance to food trucks, a couple beaches and the grocery store. The renovations were really nice. I liked there was laundry. I liked there were some things to make our stay more comfy like some cooking oil and detergent. I liked there was some bug/roach spray for the occasional B-52 (it is Hawaii after all). I liked there was an easy way to access the gate during our stay.

The gate had a malfunction when we were wanting to check out but they were responsive and got it open quickly

"Fantastic base to explore the stunning North Shore"

Our group of 3 was very happy with this little gem. The rooms were spacious and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a short walk to the beach, grocery store and some yummy food trucks, and a well-equipped kitchen if you want to dine in. We enjoyed the sunny balcony/deck, and found this a great base to explore the beautiful North Shore. 3 nights was not long enough! Host was very friendly, efficient and accommodating, and we appreciated flexibility with check-out.

Everything was really fantastic. Our only comment is the sea view is a very small glimpse from the deck. But the outlook is still beautiful with a yard full of chickens.
