"Well equipped, clean and comfortable inside - outside areas need some attention."

Well equipped on the inside

Outside space was very grubby and we couldn’t use any of the furniture without having to really scrub it all . Had initial problem with curtains and door handles but host was quick to respond and eager to resolve.

"Absolutely perfect! Just what we were looking for!"

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood with lovely surroundings! It’s just a short 5 min drive to the fort and many other fantastic things st.Augustine has to offer! The property manager is also very kind and responsive we will 100% be booking here again!

"Pleasant and convenient"

Clean and close to historic downtown. Walkable but we mostly used Lyft. Bed was comfortable and house was clean and tidy.

The shower in the room had very strong water pressure that was uncomfortable and painful.

"It was a good trip!"

Location was great, walking distance to a lot. We had breakfast around the corner; the Little Blue Hen. The house is cute & nicely decorated.

The master bedroom mattress was great, the second bedroom mattress was not so great. Owner was attentive when we got there but not when we missed the deadline to cancel by two days. Two phone calls were made to requested/discuss the possibility of changing the arrival date but no response received other than by email to point out the cancelation policy. My friend's daughter was diagnosed with a major illness & could not go; a different friend ended up going as to not lose the money. Advice: watch the deadlines cause they won't work with you.

Walking distance to downtown and waterfront. Sitting porch was nice. Plenty of room and very clean. Beds were comfortable.

The house was perfect. Very clean, and nice. The location was absolutely perfect. Stayed here for a weekend for a friend’s wedding, and was pleasantly surprised with how nice the house was. Everything went great, and we will definitely be back!

The master bedroom’s bathroom shower, had the most powerful water pressure of all time.
