Chic Retreat in Downtown St Augustine

The location was fine.

Only disappointment was that the outside of the property in the back was not kept up. Grounds were overgrown with weeds and the cushions were dirty and had to be wiped down before sitting on them, the windows behind the cushions had to be wipe down in order to sit on the couch in front of the window and the rug put down on the porch was all ripped and worn. The kitchen was clean, but the pots left to cook with had burnt residue on them like maybe someone cooked popcorn in them and left the residue from it. It was necessary to scrub them down before using.

Charming house. Quiet location. Clean. Full amenities.

The mattresses were extremely comfortable and provided a restful sleep. Furnishings and backyard area very nice. Location was great for walkability and quiet neighborhood.

The smoke detector in front bedroom was not active. It was on closet shelf.

Everything was great and the location is awesome 👌

The cleaners werent very good because the windows were very dirty and the fire pit was very dirty, there was a cigarette butt inside so i could not use it. I think that cost for the cleaner is very high and I'm not satisfied with the service for me and the rest of my family. The host was wonderful and very gentle.

cute little house. the outside/inside area was clean

probably should close up of the hole around in the kitchen there was a toaster in front of it to hide it. seal it up and it will probably help with pest coming inside. the paper window blind in the guest bathroom was the biggest disappointment of the house. there was a piece of the blind that looked to be torn. window was not privacy protected.
