The breakfast had many choices and was very good. The staff was accommodating to changes we were forced to make due to canceled flights. Everything was clean and neat.

The shower in the tub was a little slippery/scary. The free popcorn disappeared too quickly.

The first room we were assigned was at the rear of hotel with a weird odor and torn carpet. When asked to be relocated we were moved to front side of hotel to room with no odor, but still just average appearance. Staff very helpful in move. At bed time when I was looking for a place to charge my phone I found Kleenex and a water bottle behind the nightstand. As a nurse, a clean room is my greatest expectation in any hotel. So no I will never to back.

everything for the fact my kids had to sleep on the floor because booking and the hotel are liars and advertising false rooms that aren’t there

I did not like being asked by the front desk to tell them the purpose of my stay. It is none of their business. I also can't believe they are now charging $3 a day for parking, that is absurd given their location and ample parking is available. The carpet in our room was all tore up at the doorway.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. Very prompt cleaning of food area. Friendly food service people.

Room was small, but did the job.

We stayed there because we were flying out early the next day and was greeted by the friendliest person - Mr.Willis. As we were leaving early the next day he made us all a breakfast bag as breakfast would not be open. He was so sweet and we so much appreciated it. With it to stay there if you are flying out and the hotel is surrounded by great shopping and restaurants.
