While smoking outside the room, I suddenly saw a rat walking in front of me and there were mosquitoes in the room

Great location ,its nearby place where teenagers get around at night. a lot coffee shop/ stall by walking distance also mall and Convenience store are easy to access. the room really quiet even its near the main road.

Stayed here 2 nights in 2 different room. The second room, No 102 is much much better, bed has 4 plushed pillows, and proper duvet. Hotel location is best - on the only street with proper pavement in Malang. Netflix available. Rooms at the outside perimeter still maintain its 1970s looks..

The first room No 143 is not recommended. AC kept turned on-off, hot shower not available, the bed worn out. On both room - no room phone, so they communicate through WA. Only one room card provided per room. We tried to eat at the hotel cafe at 11 am - but there is nobody at the cafe.

The location is really perfect for me and family. I can go by walking to Catholic church every day. We can also enjoy the culture and heritage of Kayutangan area every night. We can easily enjoy local yummie food from hawker. We can also come to traditional market Oro Oro ono which is very clean. The traditional food there are delicious. I also enjoy the coffee from local cafe named Kopi Panca. We can also enjoy the noodle resto named Gloria (chinese food) for just about 15 minutes by Bentor (Becak Motor). You can also enjoy the food from inhouse cheff. Further more, the manager named Pak Alfons is really kind and very helpful. He can give you idea and suggest interresting places in Malang. I would recommed highly to stay in Richie Heritage Hotel whenever you are in Malang Indonesia. Thank you.
