The bathroom was a bit on the small side but clean.

Good food, sociable atmosphere. Very cheap for the area.

Unattentive staff....unless you were drinking at the bar, which I wasn't. Terrible beds, not very clean

The stairs to the property were steep

Nice ensuite, comfy bed, good location, nice bed linen.

I received incorrect details about how to get in. I was so grateful for the mobile telephone numbers on the door to seek help. I arrived quite late at night after a long drive and in the rain so I felt quite close to tears by the time I finally gained access to the room. The chap on the phone had to give me 3 lots of different instructions before I was able to make the control panels work. The window in the bedroom is single glazed sash window that rattles in the wind. The road noise is a bit tricky to ignore but I was really tired so it didnt stop me sleeping.

We were stopping off from a trip from Ireland. The accommodation was clean and the accommodation for the price was lovely. Had a beautiful Bangladesh meal from the other side of the Rd Will definitely stay again 😋

Whomever made this design of making accommodation is very wise and clever, lovely 😍

It was close to the venue we were visiting

No staff the whole 4 days we were there. So no cleaning of the room, replenishing of tea, coffee, milk etc so we had to buy our own along with a bag of ice to keep the milk fresh which we had to put in the sink and move it everytime we washed our hands. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers and the shower was that small we could hardly move. The noise was expected as it was above a pub but what we found out later from local businesses was that it was a local drug meeting place for young people and we had a young child with us so were scared at night. Also whenever we got back from a day out the bathroom stank of weed so badly we had to open all windows and havd a fan on that we had brought with us. Just overall a horrible stay. Thank goodness llangollen is such a beautiful place and we had plans everyday or we would have just left.
