Nice area for a cup of coffee tea and when we buy food back to eat.

The lobby is too dark. Lobby has only one shared toilet first men and women. Too few washing machine and take few hours to dry clothes. I have to check out at 6am in the morning. The night before, I was asking the Chinese staff on duty, just in case any problems on my check out with the self check out machine, will there be a number which I can call for help or anyone here who can help? But she keeps saying follow instructions on screen. I told her just in case, then she keeps repeat the same thing. Then her tone became very very rude. Please kind give proper training to staffs. Since u are a hotel to have so many international guests, your guys should have proper well trained staffs who can speak English. Some more she still type out Chinese for us which we don’t understand
