We had no indemnity forms when we got there. The are no garden umbrellas next to the pool

We didn't have electricity on the first night and there's a lady by the name of Lynette who is so rude and she could not help us on the same day, so we stayed in the dark the whole night. Lynette isn't taking my calls because it looks like she doesn't want to refund our breakage fee of R2000.

Poor costumer service, bad communication skills and they are also racist. The money we paid for booking didn't include room services, I was told that room services is charged at R300 per service..We paid a breakage fee of R2000 now we are told that it might be used for noise fines....

The property is very spacious and have all things you would need for your weekend stay away

The 9km gravel road, being far from the shops and the gate being locked at 20:00

the location is great. the house has plenty of space for everyone, the pool and hot tub are amazing.

there are a few power points that are loose on the walls which is a safety risk. the bathrooms have no towel rails. the showers are flat with the floor which meant that the entire bathroom flooded with water when one uses the shower and the water doesn't drain properly. some of the bathroom windows don't have frosting meaning that people can see into the bathroom while you are showering. the outdoor showers are completely unusable as one faces the road and the other faces a neighboring house. the fourth stair on both staircases to the lofts are extremely unsafe as they are not supported properly. the nespresso coffee machine has no water tank so we were unable to use it

The inverter/ice machine/space and optional gas and electrical hob/easy access/friendly staff..

no built-in braai if it rains/the 2 rooms with the single beds above the showers floor tiling faces away from the drain which causes the bathroom to flood... last room on the left if the front door is infront of you has a sewage smell ... window handels missing masive safety risk for someone to break in ... no holders for soap and shampooo in all bathrooms... Sliding door far right if stand infront of the front door does not work. main aluminum door downstairs not fitted correctly and catches... (i had a great time these are small things to improve, then this place is perfect....)

Loved the location.

Sofa beds are not sofa beds just sofas that are old and pleather is flaking off and leave a huge mess on the floor. No water when there is load shedding and there was a lot, so difficult to manage with lots of kids and not knowing the schedule. Some of the pics are misleading as pool is much smaller etc.
