The bathrooms need attention There were hundreds of black large butter flies that were in the house. The one room was so much that we couldn’t use it. Too many flies inside the house

Amazing site right in the bushveld. Great sunsets. Cozy animal encounters. Super comfy bush villa.

Nothing.

The host is rude. We went two days without electricity and she did not bother informing us of what was happening. We left messages and voice notes, but all she did was ignore them. As we speak, she has been saying she will send the damage fee refund and she has not done so. She went to the extent of blocking me.

The scenery and animals visits.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the one hand, there were some wonderful aspects: the water was always hot, the pool and jacuzzi were immaculately clean, and the animal visits were a highlight. The kitchen was also well-equipped with everything we needed. However, there were some significant issues that detracted from our stay. The roof leaked during rainfall, causing water to seep under the bedroom doors. Furthermore, communication and availability from the host was poor. Despite these challenges, we appreciated the positives and hope that the property addresses its maintenance and communication issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

The property is very spacious. The jacuzzi is very nice. You have multiple areas to choose from to have lunch and dinner. The view is very beautiful and once in a while your able to spot free roaming animals The beds are very comfortable and the option to bath or shower is good. The gas braai is convenient to use and the fridge is spacious enough! The host is always readily available.

Unfortunately upon arrival the property was not clean. The floor was dirty and minor things like the table cloths, the plate mats were extremely stained so for someone who needs to set up for the family it is quite a turn off. The 1 shower had a blockage where the water would take long to drain. The road leading to the property is very bumpy so when calculating distance to activities you need to add extra time for travelling on that gravel. A little bit more effort can be made to invest in room sprays/ electrical insect repellents to minimise risk of insect bites.

The host was incredibly difficult to communicate with and unhelpful when issues came up on the second day of our stay. Although the house was beautiful and comfortable, our experience was overshadowed by multiple issues that arose on the first full day. Around 2 p.m., the power on one side of the house went out. We notified the host, who said she would inform maintenance. Later, before our game drive, we discovered an issue with the water pump, which we also reported around 4:30 p.m. The host assured us maintenance would address it. However, when we returned from the drive after 7 p.m., the power was still not restored, and the water problem persisted, leaving us unable to prepare dinner. When we called the host several times for assistance, she finally responded around 8 p.m., saying she had guests over and couldn't help because her husband was busy "braaing". She gave us the maintenance team’s contact number and told us to handle it ourselves. This level of indifference, especially given the cost of the stay, was shocking. The electricity was eventually restored just before 9 p.m., but the water remained unavailable until 2 p.m. the next day—four hours past our checkout time at 10 a.m. We refused to leave until we had access to water to clean up before departing. I would not recommend booking any property managed by this owner.

Dining floor not very clean

The hot tub and rooms, WiFi, tv system, cleaning helpers, near the dirt road; there’s trash in the bush, the outside showers are see through

Lynette, the host, has No clue. Jacuzzi, aircons, geysers didn’t work. We waited at the park gate because our stay wasn’t arranged with Mabalingwe. Worst stay ever!!! Don’t know if the owner is aware of the agent’s incompetency….
