NOTHING. 0 stars if only i could give -stars

When i went to my original booking address. The person said the rooms in that house are all booked and not available even tho i had made the payment and booked it for myself and my friend. When i went to the other house as we had made our long journey and were tired, that other house was looking like a haunted house tbf broken and with mold the bed sheet were digusting as well as the room which was not suitable for two person.

When I got to the property I was informed that my stay was overbooked and as a result I was unable to stay at the property. This was on the night of my booking, which I had booked since Wednesday the week previous and on the night of my stay as soon as arrived I was informed that it was overbooked and as a result I had to pay a lot of money for another property

The customer service was awful and they were not good at coming to a resolution

The bed was quite comfy

Loud people in the house, shouting, arguing, banging walls and desks, slamming doors at all hours, very aggressive. Landlord didn’t text me the code to enter the property until 10:30pm on my day of check in, then tried to move me to another property whilst refusing compensation. He overbooked it, so me and my friend could no longer stay together in the same property, even though we’d both paid for separate rooms days beforehand, and it was now 10:30pm on our night of stay. Shocking customer service, shocking notice given, as guests we were treated very poorly. The house was also rather dirty and dusty.
